Oh also, my car makes a whole 136hp! Wooo, hahahah. Sorry for the large pics, I'll scale them next time.

Does your reservoir say WERD on it?

WSRD, the name of the shop I work at.

So, some random updates here. Trying to get the car ready for No Star Bash.

Put it at summer ride height:

Installed these dual LED headlights that are actually ridiculously bright.

Replaced my orange shooter muffler with a quieter one and fabbed a new exhaust.

DOH, gotta pull the quarters a bit:

And my geometry is still pretty good considering the height. I think I'm going to either buy a Cor Integration sway bar for the front and a Whiteline in the rear, or move up to 11/8 springs.

What for?

Flow control. With my reservoir low and up front and all AN lines, my pump was whining and the reservoir would puke some fluid. These seems to have solved my issue so far, and replaced that ugly cast iron adapter. It made the steering a little heavier too, which I like. I'm going to thrash on it for a while and see what happens.

Sorry I haven't been keeping this updated guys. Looks like the photos in the first post have died. I've reuploaded a bunch to imgur. Here's a photo dump of what's been going on.

Prepping the car for No Star Bash, some HPDE events, and any other drift events I can make it to this summer.

So wait, the V6 project is parted out?

Well either way, that angle is sick.

Yessir. The VQ has too many compromises for me. The hood doesn't fit, the oil pan sits below the crossmember, there's little room in the bay and building it is expensive. The shell will now be either caged or put back together like factory, I plan to make one of these a street car and one a track-only beast. The coils, subframes and kit obviously went on the new car.

Back from the dead! Sooo as most of you know, this car has been mostly parted out at this point, but I picked up another running and driving fastback and made some... changes.

:(

Drove this car back from North Carolina:

Tore out the subframes.

Put the J2 coilovers and TDP kit on it, welded the diff, etc:

Clutch was dead by the time I got it home:

Anddd it's current state of disrepair, but it runs and drives, and I can already tell the front kit is going to be amazing. LOTS, LOTS more to come for both cars, but for now I'm going to get this thing legal and beat the daylights out of the KA until I can decide which direction I want to go with either chassis. Slid it around a tiny bit today, feels amazing.

Did some block sanding of the horrendous bodywork on this thing. It needs overs and fenders pretty badly.

It's my old one that I sold to a friend of mine. He's been slowly fixing it up.

damn that angle.

that brake pedal is funny.

Haha, yeah it was an auto pedal. It's not as long as it looks, I need to trim the rubber a bit more. Turns out the 350Z throttle pedal is perfect for heel-toeing!

Finally got my car into the shop, shouldn't be long now.

Got a bunch of parts. Installed most of said parts.

Pulled my fenders and added 28mm spacers. Engine wiring should be in next week.

Tire hits fender before camber arm hits chassis. This is good.
