Ya I have, East Coast Bash back in '10 & '12 were awesome. For me US Air is just as far.

What about using the ferry in Ludington?

With a car trailer you may save a bit of time but it cost like $120 each way for the ferry. It is nice that you don't have to drive for a good amount of time though...

I would think with a trailer you'd want to use it even more. 500 extra miles round trip to go around the bottom of the lake. In a 10mpg truck + tolls even with gas as cheap as it is, doubt you're gonna save any money. Even in my car that gets like 25mpg, I'm not gonna bother, fck that sht. I'm taking the ferry.

Ok it's actually 400 miles extra round trip. Detroit to the ferry is 250 miles and then it's 70 miles to the track, so 320 miles one way. Around the bottom of the lake is 520 miles.

I just found out that thing takes 4 hours to cross the lake. WTF? It's only like 60 miles across the lake. I could swim faster than that.

added speedrome events.

This year is out of control. SO MUCH DRIFTING!!

Also keep in mind only the MDU events and Street Driven Tour are competitions. Everything else is just open friendly drifting. :)

About these Morocco events.. Are there tire changers there? How crazy would a 150rwhp FRS eat up some KR20's on this lot?

they do have a tire changer.

i can't comment on how much tire it'll eat up. My guess is an FRS shouldn't kill tires too bad.

I know the car itself doesn't eat tires, just the surface of the track/lot does most of the work for these cars.. i went out for like 3.5 hours one night in some industrial parts of Kzoo.. Only put a small dent in my tread, but a lot of the lots were sealed asphalt.

I'm gunna crash this stupid thing.
